Right now AllWineBar is a waitlist. The main thing we collect is your email address. You can optionally tell us a little about how you’d use AllWineBar and where you are, which helps us open in the right places first. This page explains what happens with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you submit the form.
- Optionally, a few details you choose to add: which side of AllWineBar interests you (attending, hosting, or running a venue) and your neighbourhood or postcode — and, if you run a venue, its name and your role.
- Basic context about how you arrived: the page that referred you and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed.
We don’t set cookies, run analytics scripts, or build a profile on you. The extra details are optional — an email alone is enough.
Who handles it
Waitlist sign-ups are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service that stores the submission and forwards it to us. It is the only processor involved. Formspree operates outside the UK and EEA, so your email may be processed internationally under their own safeguards; their privacy policy is on their website.
Why we keep it
Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form. We use what you give us only to plan early access, to let you know when AllWineBar opens where you are, and — if you run a venue — to talk to you about hosting. Nothing else.
We will not:
- sell your email
- share it with any other party
- use it for unrelated marketing
- sign you up for newsletters you didn’t ask for
How long we keep it
We keep your email until either:
- we launch and you tell us you no longer want to be contacted, or
- you ask us to delete it (sooner).
Whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR (and EU GDPR if you’re in the EU), you can:
- ask what we hold on you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- withdraw your consent at any time
- object to how we process it
- ask for a copy (data portability)
- complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK that’s the ICO; in the EU it’s your country’s data protection authority
To exercise any of these, email privacy@allwinebar.com.
Changes
If this page changes substantively, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we handle data you’ve already given us, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
